Get NoScript for Firefox. Then you can blacklist the music players. It also makes most websites load faster, and partially keeps Google from tracking you across the web. It takes some work to train it up right, but once you get used to it, it’s awesome.

I use Chrome though.

There may be a version for Chrome. I don’t use Chrome as much, so I haven’t gone looking.
